• Employee list (scheduled to work)
• Operating permit (scheduled to work)
• Photo of store Kitchen audience appearance (scheduled to work)
• Company's copy (personal business owner, represents a copy of the resident's card or a copy of a residence card)
• Employment agreement with the cook

Cooker's document

• Photo (vertical 4 cm × horizontal 3 cm, shooting within 5 months, no hat, no background)
• Identification card of home country

• Certificate of employment of the store that is currently working (required for employment period
• Operating permit of the store currently working. If you do not have 10 years of service at the current store, the previous work retirement certificate. Certification of work at the previous work is necessary until it is 10 years of service (fair certificate).
