• Passport, residence card (please copy in advance.)
• Photos (4 cm × 3 cm) (for not for not not shooting within 4 months before application)
• resume
• A document that explains the content of the applicant's business (one for work schedule)
• Legal review Table (copy of one with reception indicia) such as withholding slip of salary income of staff of work company
• Certificate of incumbency
• Resident tax tax certificate and tax payment certificate
