• Photo (vertical 4 cm × horizontal 3 cm, shooting within 3 months, no hat, no background)
• Applicant Passport
• Applicant's residence card
• Applicant's resume (previous work history etc.)
• Documents to prove a 5 million yen investment
• Company copy, articles of incorporation, business plan, balance plan
• Documents to explain the content of the applicant's business
• Employment agreement with employee employees, residence card copy
• Pictures of sales offices, drawings, lease agreements
• Receipt copy that prepared for the start of business
